Workshops
3 Workshop Choices
Champion Parents offers three different workshops because one size does not fit all in youth sport or parent education. Some parents are just beginning their journey and learning how best to support their child, while others are more experienced and have spent years navigating training demands, competition, and performance pressures. Each stage brings different challenges, and a single approach risks missing what parents actually need.
Alongside these workshops, I also work directly with clubs to design tailored sessions that combine key elements from each workshop to meet the specific needs of their players, parents, and club culture. Youth sport environments vary greatly, and effective parent education must reflect that. This flexible approach ensures parents receive practical, relevant support that evolves as their child’s sporting journey develops and aligns with the values of the club.

The Strong Start is designed for parents entering competitive youth sport. It focuses on building strong parent-child relationships, positive coach communication, and supportive language that helps children feel confident, motivated, and supported.
2
Growth Zone
The Growth Zone is designed for parents facing the challenges of increased competition. It focuses on communication, emotional management, and strengthening parent-child-coach relationships to support long-term development.
